ERAF

The Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior is a co-operation partner in the project “Human Resource Management Platform” implemented by the State Chancellery.

Project goal:

Establish and implement a Public Administration Human Resource Management Information System, which will ensure successful management processes of the human resources in public administration (remuneration management and analysis, performance review management, talent management, including top management selection and development, vacancy management / mobility, cooperation and communication, tracking of working hours), providing the necessary data and analysis, as well as ensuring targeted communication with employees.

The project is managed by the State Chancellery, while the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior is an important cooperation partner of the project - the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior will be the holder of the technical resources of the platform, providing technical hosting in the unified logical data centre.

Other cooperation partners involved in the project implementation:

The Ministry of Finance will define the business requirements for the process “Remuneration Management and Analysis” and will participate in the piloting of the developed information system.

The Central Statistical Bureau will ensure the provision and receipt of information within the framework of the improved operational process “Remuneration Management and Analysis”.

The State Employment Agency will receive and publish information on vacancies in direct administration institutions.

The State Revenue Service will participate in defining the requirements and piloting the developed information system.

As a result of the project, the Public Administration Human Resource Management Information System will be developed and implemented, and six public administration support processes will be improved or created:

  • Remuneration management and analysis;
  • Performance review management;
  • Talent management;
  • Vacancy Management / Mobility;
  • Cooperation and communication;
  • Tracking of working hours.

Project costs:

The total funding of the project is EUR 2,000,000

(85% or EUR 1.7 million is covered by the ERDF, 15% - state budget co-financing)

MoI Information Centre funding: 5000 EUR.
