In the 2014-2020 programming period of the European Union Funds, the State Inspectorate for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (hereinafter - VBTAI) in cooperation with the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter - IC MoI) implements the European Social Fund (hereinafter - ESF) project no. 9.2.1.3./16/I/001 “Improving the support system for children with communication difficulties, behavioral disorders and victims of domestic violence” (hereinafter - the Project).
The aim of the Project is to improve the support system for children with communication difficulties, behavioral disorders and victims of domestic violence, increasing the professionalism and work efficiency of specialists, as well as to provide public education about violence.
Within the framework of the project, the IC MoI has adapted the Juvenile Support Information System (hereinafter - NPAIS), providing an opportunity for institutions involved in the work with children with behavioral disorders to access support programs and recommendations for correction of children's behavior developed by VBTAI Advisory Department, provided to professionals and legal representatives or carers of children with communication difficulties.
The project is being implemented from 14.04.2016 until 31.12.2023.
The total cost of the project is EUR 3,619,546, incl. ESF funding in the amount of EUR 3,076,614 and state budget funding in the amount of EUR 542,932.
